Etude House Dear Darling Water Gel Tint Review

Before anything else, let me just say, hello! I'm back! I know! I know! I have been MIA lately and this is because of the overwhelming amount of work I had to deal with the past few days. To treat everyone, as I have been away for quite a while, here's another Kbeauty review that I definitely did miss doing! Today, I'll be talking about the Etude House Dear Darling Water Gel Tint.

Without further ado, let's get started.

The Etude House Dear Darling Water Gel Tint fully expresses sweet lips with deep, rich ice cream color.

I told myself that I would stop buying lip tints because I have been stocking my vanity cabinet with a ton of them, but I just could not resist the packaging of these tints. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. Each tint is housed inside a popsicle-like bottle where you twist the handle to reveal a cute doe-foot applicator. What really got me about these tints are its packaging.

At the back of the packaging, you can see the shade code printed along with texts written in Korean Hangul. The smell of these tints remind me a lot of fruit juice--sweet and juicy.

I got the shades PK005, BR402, and RD307.

Let me describe each shade to you from left to right:

RD307 (Watermelon Red) - inspired by the natural color of watermelon during summer days, the shade RD307 gives you a vibrant, sheer finish that instantly freshens your look.

BR402 (Chestnut Red) - this shade leans on the more orange-y brown side but when applied on the lips, it appears more like an MLBB shade. You can also notice in actual that this shade contain specks of gold dusts that give your lips that shining effect.

PK005 (Peach Red) - this shade leans more on the neon side but is still sheer enough for your everyday use. It instantly freshens and brightens the face for a more natural no make-up make-up look but still more put together.

Thoughts: out of all the three shades that I have, the one with the most staying power is the BR402. Unlike most tints, these does not stain a lot and gives you more like a sheer finish. It's perfect for everyday use and if you are always aiming for a daily minimal look. The application of these tints are truly easy due to its small doe-foot applicator that offers precise gliding across your lips. The small tip makes it easier for you to reach the corners of your lips. However, these tints do not last very long compared to the Karadium Pucca Pop Tints and Pony Effect Deep & Pure Lip Tints that I have. Still, one of the reasons why I absolutely like these Dear Darling Tints from Etude House is their formula. It gives you lips a pop of color and a look that screams I-have-just-finished-eating-a-popsicle because of its plumping effect. It is also very comfortable too!

These tints retails at around P350 when bought in Etude House physical stores (although I am not sure if they are already available here in the PH). Online sellers offer them for as low as P250 each popsicle. :)
